Mechanical production
Another service we offer to our customers is mechanical production and outsourcing. The production hall has three welding shops. We have a PIERCE plasma cutting machine. We offer flame-cutting of parts, small batches and large series. Plasma cutting is suitable for 1500x3000 mm steel plates with a maximum thickness of 80 mm and other materials according to specific criteria. Plasma cutting has a lot of advantages, the most interesting of which are short lead times and dimensional and shape accuracy.
Semi-finished cuttings can be welded according to MIG/MAG and TIG requirements. Sheets can further be cut, punched and bent. We are also able to cut profiles, bars and billets. If required, we can design 3D models including drawings and create DXF files in our design engineering department according to customer requirements.
We further perform bending on a press brake (3500 mm long press), bevelling on a bevelling machine, welding of carbon, stainless steel and aluminium, and we have experience with welded assemblies with weights exceeding one ton. We also have the necessary certifications for these tasks.
